Where do I start? I’m sitting in a gas-station in Vancouver, it’s 10pm and Dave and Duncan are feverishly trying to figure out how to turn the generator off on the bus. Ben is doing circles of the place on his bicycle and singing. Now they’re all together trying to convince the attendant to fill us up even though the pumps are off. She’s not sure what to do.
The first two hours of this trip have been phenomenal. We made the 8 o’clock ferry off Vancouver Island and are on route to Black Rock City, Nevada (a 20+ hour in our purple bus). We are heading there to complete number #77 on this list - Attend Burning Man. I’m not going to bother trying to explain Burning Man, it’s too crazy for words. We’re driving through the night to make there before 3:30 pm Friday - the final cut off - and in the gates of the mystery city. Because Black Rock is in the middle of the dessert we wont have phone or internet there - which means NO EPISODE THIS MONDAY! We’ll make it up to y’all with a SUPER EPISODE ON WEDNESDAY.
