As some of you may know, #79 on our list is ‘Dance with Ellen DeGeneres‘. In the past few days we’ve received quite a few emails from people saying, “I just emailed Ellen!” (hoot hoot!)
This one is by far my favorite:

Thank you Gaël! That’s far from insignificant, that’s a huge help! Hi-5’s to all of you who have taken time to email Ellen to let her know about The Buried Life. We figure it’s just a matter of time before her inbox actually explodes from all your emails and she’s calling us for a dance-off on her show.

i want to spend a day and share ideas with inspirational people. itd be cool to spend a day with you guys.

I’ve sent two. One a long time ago, one recently. Don’t think she is listening . . .at least not yet! Or maybe it’s her PR staff, or whoever reads her email, that is not listening. I figure that everything crumbles with enough pressure . . . just keep sending and eventually she’ll get the message.

Words cannot even begin to express the GODSEND in finding this website today. When I thought I had lost all hope, somehow, this site came through for me. I have written to Ellen for you in good faith. Here is what I wrote to her.

These 4 men have dedicated themselves to helping others on their quest to reach their own goals of completing a list of 100 things before they die. With each and every entry on their list, they also help out others in fulfilling one of their dreams. You can read more stories about how they have helped on their website.
These 4 men do not even know how they have helped me out today. In a time of pain and heartache, they inspired me to carry on. They put a smile on my face. I hope that you will grant them one of their wishes. THEY WANT TO DANCE WITH ELLEN DEGENERES!!! And when this one wish comes true for them, they will also grant a wish for someone else.
